I get a ‘FLOW’ error on my heat pump. What can I do?

There are some possible things that you can check:
▪ is there enough water flowing through the heat pump:
✓ by-pass settings OK?
✓ sand filter backwashed?
✓ is air flowing through together with the water?
▪ maybe the flow sensor is broken

Q: The A and B outputs of my remote controller for the lights are not working. What is wrong?
A: there is probably nothing wrong. These outputs do not supply a voltage, they are called dry contacts. You can compare them with a single pole switch.
